Consent to the provision of personal data

By submitting the completed form, you agree to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of making an appointment, answering questions and other follow-up questions. Affidea will only retain this personal data for as long as necessary to resolve a complaint and for as long as a legal claim may be made against the company based on the complaint and the company's response (i.e. until any legal claims are time-barred, typically three years).

We also have a Privacy Notice on the website for you to find information about the treatment of your data. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection by writing to the address set out in the Notice. You may also withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address provided and you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
